*Job Summary:*
Landary Properties is seeking a goal-driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our dynamic team at Andary Properties Ltd. In this role, you will be responsible for driving property sales, managing client relationships, and overseeing the sales process from lead generation to closing. This is a remote role with excellent earning potential and career growth.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Promote and sell real estate properties to prospective buyers
* Identify potential clients through networking, cold calling, and referrals
* Build and maintain strong client relationships
* Provide guidance and assist clients in purchasing property
* Stay updated with market trends and competitor activity
* Collaborate with the marketing team for lead generation and campaign execution
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
* Report on sales performance and pipeline development

*Requirements:*
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in real estate or property sales
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
