Job Description

The role is responsible for revenue growth, partnership development, product alignment, and operational excellence within the enterprise payment ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Strategy & Growth
1. Develop and execute strategies to grow enterprise payment volumes and market share across industries.
2. Lead the commercialization of new enterprise products, including invoicing, bulk payments, APIs, direct debit, and custom billing for prepaid meter services.
3. Identify and penetrate high-potential sectors for tailored payment solutions.

- Product & Solution Oversight
1. Collaborate with product, tech, and compliance teams to deliver scalable and secure enterprise-grade payment solutions.
2. Ensure all payment solutions comply with regulatory standards (CBN, NERC, etc.) and industry best practices.

- Partnership & Client Management
1. Lead high-value client acquisition, account growth, and strategic partnerships for enterprise payment adoption.
2. Drive onboarding of utility and metering companies using our gateway for collections and disbursements.

- Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
1. Build, mentor, and lead a team of enterprise payment specialists and account managers.
2. Work cross-functionally with other department heads to align business goals with enterprise payment offerings.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- 7+ years of experience in payments, enterprise sales, or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of payment infrastructure, APIs, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven ability to drive strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
