Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

- Merchant Acquisition
1. Identify, engage, and onboard large-scale merchants and utility service providers (e.g., electricity distribution companies, government agencies, billing platforms).
2. Develop and execute acquisition plans that align with the overall enterprise growth strategy.

- Sales & Relationship Management
1. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations.
2. Drive product adoption and usage post-onboarding, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

- Market Development
1. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to shape acquisition strategy.
2. Represent the company at relevant industry events and conferences.

- Collaboration
1. Work closely with the product, legal, and onboarding teams to ensure swift and compliant merchant integration.
2. Coordinate with marketing to develop effective go-to-market campaigns.

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- 4–6 years’ experience in B2B sales, merchant acquisition, or business development.
- Strong understanding of payment gateways, merchant onboarding processes, and API integrations.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience with utilities or prepaid metering industries is a plus.
