Job Description

• Overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the company, including managing office supplies, facilities, and equipment.
• Ensure the office is well-maintained, clean, and secure
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Continuously improve administrative processes, policies and procedures that supports SSORL goals.
• Coordinating with other departments to ensure that administrative functions are integrated with other business operations.
• Managing budgets and expenses related to administrative functions.
