About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Investment Sales Professional / Wealth Manager who can turn relationships into results.
Do you have a solid network of high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and corporate investors? Are you someone who doesn’t just sell financial products—but builds trust and delivers real value?
In this role, you’ll lead efforts to grow assets under management (AUM), offer strategic investment guidance, and make sure your clients feel confident and cared for every step of the way. You'll work closely with a passionate team and report on market trends, performance, and opportunities that shape the future of investing in Nigeria.

Responsibilities & Requirements
Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain investors.
Mobilize investment inflows to meet organizational targets and drive AUM growth.
Deliver outstanding customer service to retain and grow the investment portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with private and institutional investors.
Stay updated on financial markets and competitors' offerings with market research.
Prepare and present regular reports on business performance, growth, and market trends.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
Minimum of 4 years of proven experience in investment sales or wealth management roles within the financial industry.
Strong market knowledge of wealth management and related products is advantageous.
Established network in the investment community, including high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and analytical skills.
Ability to interpret financial data effectively.
