Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Customer Engagement:

- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations, showcasing our offerings' value and capabilities.

- Actively listen to customer feedback and requirements to propose relevant solutions.



2. Solution Development:

- Assist in developing customized proposals and solutions based on client-specific needs.

- Partner with product management and engineering teams to ensure proposed solutions meet client expectations.



3. Technical Expertise:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies.

- Provide technical support to the sales team during the sales process, answering product-related queries and concerns.



4. Collaboration and Support:

- Work closely with marketing and product teams to develop collateral and content that supports sales initiatives.

- Participate in client meetings and events to promote our products and gather insights from prospects and customers.



5. Sales Strategy Development:

- Assist in the development of sales strategies and support the execution of sales plans.

- Contribute to forecasting and pipeline management by providing insights from pre-sales activities.



6. Training and Development:

- Train and educate internal teams, including sales staff, on product features, benefits, and best practices.

- Provide feedback on product performance and customer insights to help refine offerings.



Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a related field.

- 1 or 2 years of experience in pre-sales, sales engineering, or a related field, preferably in the IT sector.

- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear business solutions.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.

- Proven ability to understand client needs and work collaboratively to craft effective solutions.

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
