Job Description
The Head of Sales will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive the distribution and growth of our mutual fund and bond offerings. This individual will lead and manage the sales team, foster strong client relationships, and collaborate with other departments to achieve revenue targets and market expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for mutual funds and bond products.
Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across retail, institutional, and HNI segments.
Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, institutional investors, and distribution partners.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to refine sales tactics and product positioning.
Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to support sales efforts.
Oversee the preparation of proposals, pitches, and presentations for prospective clients.
Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports for senior management.
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal sales policies.
