Job Description

We seek a Front Desk Executive for a 6-month, full-time/onsite position based in Lagos. This role suits individuals in the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) or those awaiting service. The successful candidate will join the Customer Service department and report directly to the Head of Administration & HR.

Note: Application closes on the 8th of May.

[Job Responsibilities]
Greet and welcome guests, clients, and staff professionally and courteously.
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate departments
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, deliveries, etc.).
Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
Provide basic administrative and clerical support (e.g., filing, data entry).
Coordinate with other departments for smooth front desk operations.
Handle visitor logs and issue visitor passes as needed.

[Role Requirements]
Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanour.
Good organisational and multitasking abilities.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email tools).
Punctual and reliable.
