About the Role
We are a leading consulting firm seeking an experienced Senior HR Manager with deep expertise in Performance Management, Skills Audit, and Reporting to drive strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of optimizing workforce performance, conducting comprehensive skills audits, and delivering data-driven insights to enhance organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee performance management systems to align employee goals with business objectives.
- Conduct organization-wide skills audits to identify gaps and recommend training/development programs.
- Develop and present detailed HR analytics reports to senior leadership for decision-making.
- Lead performance review cycles, including KPI tracking, feedback mechanisms, and improvement plans.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure HR strategies support business growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices in talent management.

Requirements

- Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, focusing on performance management and skills audits.
- Mandatory: Prior experience in a consulting firm (strategy, HR, or management consulting).
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in HR reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, HRIS).
- Proven ability to translate data into actionable insights for workforce planning.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CIPM, CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
