Operations/ Inventory Manager

LeLe Labs is a premium home fragrance company known for our handcrafted candles, diffusers, and scented products — all designed to make your space feel like home. We’re growing, and we’re looking for a detail-driven, solution-oriented Operations and Inventory Manager to help us build smarter, stronger systems behind the scenes.

What You’ll Do:
• Oversee our daily production and supply chain operations with a keen eye for detail.
• Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory — precision is your superpower.
• Build and maintain efficient inventory tracking and smart reorder systems.
• Lead procurement activities and nurture strong relationships with our suppliers.
• Conduct regular stock audits, solve discrepancies like a pro, and report insights to management.
• Supervise operations staff and help create a high-performing, positive team culture.

What You’ll Need:
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in operations and inventory management (bonus points if you’ve worked in manufacturing or retail).
• Strong skills in inventory management systems, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.
• Leadership chops, an organized mind, and a problem-solver’s spirit.
