Role Summary
We are seeking a smart, dependable, and highly organized Admin and Care Coordinator to support our growing medical operations. The ideal candidate will ensure that doctor appointments run smoothly, medical reports are submitted on time, medications are delivered promptly, investigations are properly followed up, and administrative support is provided to the medical team when needed.

Key Responsibilities
Appointment Coordination
• Schedule, confirm, and track doctor visits
• Ensure doctors submit post-visit reports promptly
• Monitor completion of all scheduled medical appointments
Medication & Test Oversight
• Coordinate medication delivery with pharmacy partners
• Track lab investigations and follow through until results are received and shared
Medical Team Support
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to doctors and caregivers
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and doctor activities
• Help streamline workflows and processes for efficiency
Liaison & Follow-up
• Serve as the central point of communication between doctors, pharmacies, labs, and patients
• Follow up on pending actions to ensure seamless care delivery

Who We’re Looking For
• Detail-oriented and excellent at follow-through
• Proactive, resourceful, and organized
• Great communicator (written and verbal)
• Able to multitask and adapt to a dynamic environment
• Compassionate and empathetic—especially toward the elderly
• Comfortable using digital tools (Google Workspace, CRMs, spreadsheets, etc.)


Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., health, social sciences, admin)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a coordination or admin role (healthcare experience is a bonus)
• Proficiency in digital communication and tracking tools
