Job Description
Smart Speakers Academy transforms professional into confident , impactful communicators through transformative courses, coaching and a thriving community. We are looking for a proactive and creative Executive Digital assistant to support our Managing Director (MD) and contribute to the growth of our online presence.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Rebuild and manage our Instagram page with engaging, strategic content.
- Design flyers and digital visuals using Canva or similar tools.
- Edit and upload video content provided by the Managing Director.
- Manage the Managing Director's email correspondence, task list and follow-ups.
- Oversee the book Bingers Community-; send updates, post reminders and encourage engagements.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
- Basic video editing capabilities.
- Execellent command of English and strong communication skills.
- Highly organized, responsive and self-motivated.
- Salary:
- ₦50,000.00 Monthly
