Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Facility Admin Officer to oversee daily facility operations and administrative support across our offices. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and capable of managing people, utilities, and assets efficiently.

Core Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage administrative staff including receptionists, office assistants, and clerical workers.
Monitor and manage utilities such as electricity, water, generator, and laundry services.
Implement energy-saving measures and track utility usage to reduce costs.
Maintain accurate records of company assets (equipment, vehicles, and tech devices).
Develop and manage asset tracking systems for usage, maintenance, and depreciation.
Coordinate daily office operations for smooth workflow and resource use.
Oversee repairs, renovations, and facility inspections for safety and compliance.
Ensure the cleanliness and upkeep of all office spaces and common areas.
Maintain organized records and databases of administrative activities.
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive files and documents.
Track and manage all bill payments (electricity, cable, etc.) across subsidiaries using Excel, ensuring payments are made before due dates.
