Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research suitable funding sources including foundations, corporate sponsors, and government agencies.

Develop, write, and submit persuasive grant proposals and applications.

Maintain an organized calendar of deadlines and ensure timely submissions.

Track and manage awarded grants, ensuring compliance with donor requirements.

Collaborate with program and finance teams to gather data and develop accurate budgets.

Prepare regular reports and updates for funders and internal stakeholders.

Build and maintain strong relationships with funding organizations and partners.

Keep up-to-date with industry trends, donor priorities, and grant-making processes.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Development Studies, Public Administration, Communications, or related discipline).

1+ years of experience in grant writing, fundraising, or nonprofit program management.

Demonstrated success in securing funding through grant proposals.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and grant management tools.
