Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team and lead the design and planning of various residential and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing architectural designs, producing detailed drawings, and ensuring that all projects comply with building codes, regulations, and client specifications.
You will collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, surveyors, and clients to bring projects from concept to completion while maintaining aesthetic and functional integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop architectural designs based on client briefs and project requirements.
Create detailed construction drawings, blueprints, and 3D models.
Conduct feasibility studies and site inspections.
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants.
Ensure design compliance with relevant codes, zoning laws, and safety standards.
Prepare and present design proposals to clients.
Oversee construction phases and provide architectural guidance as needed.
Review and approve materials, samples, and finishes.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
Minimum of [X] years of professional experience as an architect.
Proficiency in architectural design software (AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, etc.).
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
Excellent visual awareness and attention to detail.
