Job Description

Job Title: Engineer - Inshop Technical Support (Technical Help Desk)
Location: Lagos Island
Experience: 1-2 years
Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking an experienced Engineer - Inshop Technical Support to provide customer-facing technical support. You'll setup, troubleshoot, and diagnose access devices, ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Technical Support: Provide in-shop technical assistance for access devices.
2. Device Setup: Configure and setup devices for customers.
3. Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
4. Customer Service: Deliver excellent customer experience through strong communication skills.

Requirements:

1. HND/BSc in Electrical, Electronics, Computer Science, Communication, or IT.
2. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Knowledge of:
- WiFi, WiMAX, LTE
- TCP/IP and Networking
4. Experience with hardware/software troubleshooting.
5. Strong customer service skills.
Salary:
₦140,000.00 Monthly
