Job Description
Location: Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos
Industry: Manufacturing
Work Mode: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Competitive / Open to negotiation
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Planning & Analysis:
Develop and implement financial strategies, forecasts, and models to support strategic business decisions.
- Financial Reporting:
Supervise the preparation of financial statements, management accounts, and related financial reports.
- Budgeting & Cost Control:
Prepare and monitor budgets, control costs, and drive initiatives to improve financial efficiency.
- Financial Compliance & Management:
Ensure adherence to financial policies, regulatory standards, and corporate procedures.
- Risk Management:
Identify and manage financial risks, including market, credit, and operational exposures.
- Internal Controls:
Establish robust internal control systems to ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data.
- Team Leadership:
Manage, mentor, and develop the finance team to drive high performance and alignment with business goals.
Requirements
- HND/BSC in Accounting/Finance or a closely related field.
- Professional Qualification: ACA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is mandatory.
- Experience: Minimum of 14 years in financial management, with a strong background in the manufacturing sector.
- Skills: Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, leadership, and communication skills.
