We’re looking for an exceptional Data Engineer to join our high-performing Data & Analytics team. About the Role
As a Data Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing and maintaining robust data pipelines, integrating datasets from diverse sources, and ensuring data quality and accessibility across the organization. Your work will empower business decisions, enable advanced analytics, and drive innovation across departments.
Key Responsibilities
• Build Scalable Data Pipelines: Design, develop, and manage ETL processes to support analytics and operational data needs
• Data Integration: Consolidate and manage data from internal and external sources, ensuring consistency and integrity
• Data Governance & Quality: Implement data validation, cleansing, and security best practices in line with regulatory standards
• Collaborate with Teams: Partner with analysts, data scientists, and stakeholders to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions
• Optimize Infrastructure: Enhance the performance, scalability, and reliability of data architecture
• Stay Ahead: Continuously learn and apply the latest tools, technologies, and trends in data engineering
What We’re Looking For
First-Class Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
2+ years of hands-on experience in data engineering or similar roles
Technical Proficiency in:
• Python, Java, or Scala
• SQL, MySQL/PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Cassandra
• Apache Spark, Hadoop, Kafka
• AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud platforms
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment
