Job Description
* Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, or online.
* Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product/service information.
* Handle complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
* Process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges.
* Keep records of customer interactions and update databases as needed.
* Maintain a clean and organized customer service area.
REQUIREMENTS
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and data entry skills.
* Friendly, patient, and customer-focused attitude.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Must reside within the axis of ago palace, okota, lagos state.
