Job Description
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Salary: ₦150,000-₦200,000/month + Commission & Incentives
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and representing our brand in the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
* Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
* Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
* Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule.
* Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
* Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and market feedback.
* Negotiate and close deals to maximize profitability.
* Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events, as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role (1–3 years preferred).
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Str1ong organizational skills and a results-oriented mindset.
* Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Willingness to travel as required.
* Fluent in [languages relevant to the region/industry].
