Food And Beverage Auditor

Conduct regular audits of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, room service, banquets, and kitchen operations.

Review and verify daily sales reports, cash handling, inventory records, and purchase orders.

Ensure compliance with financial and operational policies and internal controls.

Identify discrepancies or irregularities in billing, invoicing, and inventory management and report findings promptly.

Collaborate with F&B management to recommend process improvements and cost-saving measures.

Assist in the preparation of audit reports and present findings to senior management.

Monitor adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards in F&B operations.

Maintain accurate documentation of all audit activities.

Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements relevant to food and beverage auditing.
