Job Description

Lagos Cribs is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Field Officer/Scouting Officer to support our property sourcing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, inspecting, and reporting on residential and commercial properties available for rent or sale across Lagos, particularly on the Island.

Key Responsibilities:

Scout and source new properties that meet company standards and client needs.

Conduct physical inspections of properties and gather accurate details (location, condition, pricing, etc.).

Build and maintain relationships with landlords, agents, and property managers.

Provide regular reports with photo and video documentation of scouted properties.

Collaborate with the sales and listing team to onboard verified properties.

Stay updated on market trends, new developments, and competitor listings.
