We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Customer Service & Field Force Supervisor
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Requirements:
• Strong experience in the mobile phone industry (preferably with a major brand or distributor).
• Proven track record of managing promoters and field teams across multiple locations.
• Ability to analyze market trends and customer feedback to drive service improvements.
• Excellent skills in people management, felid relations, and performance evaluation.
• Strong understanding of customer service operations, including KPIs, escalation handling, and customer satisfaction initiatives.
• Willingness to travel frequently and manage on-ground operations.
• Strong communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
• Full awareness of Lagos Markets .
• Minimum 5 years experience.
Qualifications
o Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree / HND / OND in business Admin, Marketing or related field.
o 5-7 years of experience in Customer Care Team Lead.
o Strong Wholesale experience.
o Strong key Account management experience.
o Excellent networking skills.
Salary:
₦200,000.00 Monthly
