Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Content Creator Intern to join our team. This is a remote position. The ideal candidate will be passionate about creating engaging content that not only captures attention but also drives leads, conversions, and ultimately, sales. You will be involved in all stages of the content creation process, from ideation to final delivery.

Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, create, and develop compelling content across various formats, including but not limited to:Social media posts (text, images, videos)Blog posts and articles.
Short-form video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram Reels
Produce content specifically designed to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive sales for our real estate and food brand clients.
Utilize video editing applications, particularly CapCut, to create visually appealing and engaging video content.
Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.Conduct research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities within the real estate and food sectors.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and contribute to overall content strategies.Manage and organize content calendars and meet deadlines consistently.
Analyze content performance and provide insights for optimization.Be prepared to shoot and create content from your home setup when required.

Requirements:Proven ability to create engaging and effective content that drives results (leads, conversions, sales). Please provide examples in your application.Proficiency in using video editing applications, with a strong working knowledge of CapCut.Access to personal equipment suitable for shooting high-quality photo and video content from home when necessary (e.g., smartphone with a good camera, basic lighting).
