Job Description

Responsibilities
Oversee all administrative operations within the food production facility.
Manage and train the administrative team to ensure high performance.
Develop and implement efficient administrative systems and processes.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to production and compliance.
Coordinate with other departments to support operational needs and projects.
Ensure adherence to industry regulations and standards through regular audits.
Monitor budgets and expenses related to administrative functions.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience as an administrative manager or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of office management and administrative procedures.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
Proficient in MS Office Suite and relevant software applications.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Salary:
₦500,000.00 Monthly
