Position Summary
The Travel and Experience Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing travel programs and experience-based offerings for individuals, groups, and corporate clients. This role requires a blend of creativity, logistical expertise, customer service excellence, and a deep understanding of global destinations and cultural nuances.

Key Responsibilities
• Travel Planning & Coordination:
o Design and manage bespoke travel itineraries (domestic and international).
o Liaise with airlines, hotels, transport providers, and local partners to secure bookings and exclusive experiences.
o Handle all aspects of travel logistics, including flights, visas, accommodation, and transportation.
• Experience Design:
o Curate engaging and immersive experiences such as cultural tours, culinary events, wellness retreats, adventure trips, and corporate retreats.
o Stay updated on emerging travel trends, destinations, and customer preferences.
o Work with marketing to package and promote experiences to target audiences.

• Client Engagement:
o Serve as the main point of contact for clients before, during, and after their trips.
o Customize travel plans based on client interests, budgets, and expectations.
o Provide on-the-ground support or remote assistance to resolve issues quickly.

• Vendor & Partner Management:
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with travel suppliers, guides, and experience partners.
o Negotiate favorable rates and contracts to ensure value and quality.

• Budgeting & Reporting:
o Prepare and manage travel budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
o Track feedback and performance metrics to continuously improve offerings.
o Submit post-trip reports and client satisfaction analyses.

Requirements & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Tourism Management, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in travel coordination, destination management, or event planning.
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international travel logistics.
• Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail.
• Familiarity with travel booking platforms and CRM systems.
• Ability to travel as needed (including weekends or holidays).
• Multilingual abilities are a plus.
Salary:
₦200,000.00 Monthly
