Job Description
Responsibilities:
-Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client portfolio.
-Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
-Conduct effective negotiations to secure profitable contracts and partnerships.
-Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
-Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
-Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new sales avenues.
Requirements:
-Proven experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management.
-Demonstrated ability in strategic planning and market analysis.
-Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
-Strong ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
-Proficiency in CRM software and sales reporting tools.
-Familiarity with the petroleum industry and relevant market trends is a plus.
