Job Description

Conduct outbound calls to existing and potential customers to promote and sell the company’s products and services.

Respond to inbound customer inquiries, providing detailed information about products and services to drive sales.

Accurately record customer details, purchase orders, and transaction information in the CRM system.

Process customer orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.

Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services to meet their requirements.

Generate new leads through cold calling, referrals, and follow-up on marketing campaigns.

Maintain and manage customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction, resolve any issues, and identify additional sales opportunities.

Handle customer objections and rejections professionally, using sales scripts and objection-handling techniques provided by the company.

Continuously stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities to effectively position the company’s offerings.

Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to share customer feedback, coordinate efforts, and improve overall service delivery.

Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and performance metrics, including call volume, conversion rates, and revenue goals.

Maintain a high level of professionalism, enthusiasm, and product knowledge during all customer interactions.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and compliance standards while handling customer data and sales transactions.

Participate in regular training sessions and coaching to continuously improve sales techniques, communication skills, and product knowledge.
