Job Description
• Accurately prepare and manage job costing for production projects, ensuring profitability and cost efficiency.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the production of print materials, corporate branding assets, and custom packaging solutions.
• Ensure all production outputs meet required quality standards, client specifications, and deadlines.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to avoid delays or quality compromises.
• Coordinate closely with the design, sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure seamless project execution.
• Maintain production schedules and monitor daily workflow to meet internal and external delivery timelines.
• Manage inventory levels for raw materials and consumables used in production.
• Train, guide, and promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement in production.
• Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and contribute to the development of production best practices.
