Job Description
We are seeking energetic and results-driven Field Sales Agents to promote and onboard clients (B2B and B2C) to the WhooshNG platform. This is a commission-based role, ideal for individuals who thrive in performance-based environments and are excited to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, approach, and onboard new businesses (retailers, restaurants, logistics users, etc.) onto the WhooshNG platform.
- Educate prospects about WhooshNG's services, benefits, and processes.
- Build strong relationships with clients and act as their point of contact.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular reports and feedback on market trends and customer needs.
Requirements:
Proven sales experience or a strong interest in field sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
Mobile phone and ability to use apps (basic tech-savviness).
Compensation:
Commission only. Attractive commission structure with performance incentives.
No salary is attached; income is based entirely on the value of clients onboarded and retained.
