Key Responsibilities
1. Staff Management: Head nurses supervise nursing staff, ensuring they adhere to medical best practices and hospital policies. They are responsible for hiring, training, and evaluating nurses.
2. Patient Care Coordination: They coordinate patient care activities, ensuring that all patients receive appropriate attention and that their needs are met effectively.
3. Administrative Duties: Head nurses handle various administrative tasks, including maintaining patient records, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.
