Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Shape and lead country strategy in alignment with global vision
- Cultivate and manage partnerships with donors, corporates, and multilaterals
- Drive fundraising strategy and proposal development
- Oversee program implementation, compliance, and financial stewardship
- Build and mentor a high-performing, mission-aligned team
Requirements:
- Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Development, Policy, Business, or related field
- 5-7 years of progressive leadership experience
- Proven success in fundraising and managing high-impact partnerships
- Deep understanding of Nigeria’s development ecosystem
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
