Salary: ₦500,000 – ₦550,000 monthly

Are you passionate about driving operational excellence and optimizing business processes? Our client, a leading player in [FMCG / Oil & Gas / Engineering Procurement Industry], is looking for a results-driven Operations Manager to join their team.
What You’ll Do:
✔ Oversee procurement projects from planning to completion
✔ Develop & implement best sourcing practices for competitive pricing
✔ Coordinate quoting, sourcing, and logistics for timely delivery
✔ Implement quality control measures during procurement & engineering
✔ Manage vendor relationships & track KPIs for operational efficiency
✔ Lead process optimization and SOP improvements
✔ Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
What We’re Looking For:
- 5–8 years experience in managing cross-functional teams in FMCG, Oil & Gas, or Engineering Procurement
- Strong knowledge of local & international sourcing, vendor negotiation, and logistics
- Excellent communication & leadership skills
- Proficiency in creating reports, SOPs, and implementing best practices
- Advantage: Experience with Odoo or similar ERP tools
