CCTV Engineers

System Design & Installation:
Assess client needs to design and install CCTV systems, including cameras (dome, bullet, PTZ), recorders (DVRs/NVRs), monitors, and network infrastructure.
Maintenance & Repair:
Perform routine preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of existing CCTV systems and related components to ensure optimal functionality.
Network Configuration:
Configure network settings, including IP addressing and port forwarding, for IP-based CCTV systems.
System Upgrades:
Update and modify existing systems to meet new security requirements or incorporate new technology.
Technical Support:
Provide technical assistance and training to clients on operating and maintaining their CCTV systems.
Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of all system installations, maintenance activities, and repairs.
Compliance:
Ensure installations and systems adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Essential Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
Strong knowledge of analog and digital CCTV systems, including wiring, cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and video analytics.
Networking Skills:
Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting IP networking components and settings.
Problem-Solving:
Ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues with security systems.
Customer Service:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide training and support to clients.
Project Management:
Ability to plan, monitor, and manage CCTV installation projects from start to finish.
Documentation:
Strong organizational skills to maintain detailed technical documentation.
