We are expanding our team and seeking motivated Sales Officers to help us achieve our growth goals.

Role Overview
As a Sales Officer, you will be responsible for generating new business, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role offers a hybrid work environment with office meetings held once a month in Lagos. You’ll have the opportunity to earn substantial rewards through our commission, bonus, and tiered rewards structure.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the travel financing and loan sector.
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.
Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets, including individual quotas and team goals.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands to effectively position our products.
Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, client interactions, and performance metrics.

Compensation and Rewards

Commission: Earn up to 6% commissions on all sales income made, with the potential to significantly increase your earnings based on your performance, month on month.

Bonuses: Receive performance bonuses for meeting and exceeding sales targets, as well as achieving key milestones.

Qualifications
Experience: Proven sales experience, preferably in financial services or travel financing. PoF experience is a plus
Skills: Strong sales skills, excellent communication, and negotiation abilities.
Motivation: High level of self-motivation and drive to achieve sales targets and earn performance-based rewards.
Technology: Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
