Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated Project Manager to join Kisha Immigration on a temporary contract. In this role, you will oversee not only the development and launch of core products but also take charge of organizing educational boot camps, webinars, and live sessions, and coordinating with the marketing team for upcoming product launches. The contract will initially be for 1-2 months, with the possibility of extension based on project outcomes and business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
• Product Strategy & Roadmap: Collaborate with senior management to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for products and educational programs aligned with business goals.
• Bootcamp & Webinar Management: Plan, execute, and oversee immigration-related boot camps, webinars, and live sessions aimed at educating clients and potential customers about immigration processes and services.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Managing Director, sales, design, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery of high-quality products and events.
• Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis, and gather feedback to optimize both products and educational initiatives.
• Product & Event Development: Oversee the full lifecycle of products and educational initiatives (concept, development, launch, optimization).
• Task Management & Requirements Gathering: Translate business and marketing needs into actionable tasks for both product development and event coordination.
• Marketing Coordination for New Launches: Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute the promotion of newly developed products and initiatives. Ensure messaging aligns with product launches and client outreach strategies.
• Stakeholder Management: Provide regular updates to senior management and key stakeholders on project progress, risks, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications:
• 2-4 years of experience in project management, product management, or related roles.
• Proven experience in managing projects or products through the full lifecycle, with added experience in event management (webinars, boot camps).
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Experience in coordinating with marketing teams for product launches and promotional strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in managing educational programs (boot camps, webinars) is a plus.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working in dynamic or startup environments.
