Job Description (Summary):
As a Growth Manager (Fintech, ICT & FMCG), you will play a pivotal role in driving Blakskill’s expansion within the Fintech, ICT, and FMCG sectors. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing strategic opportunities, fostering innovation, and delivering solutions to address client challenges. Your focus will be on enabling digital transformation, enhancing talent acquisition strategies, and boosting employee engagement.
Strategic Business Growth
• Identify and capitalize on business opportunities within the Fintech, ICT, and FMCG industries.
• Develop and execute strategic plans to increase revenue, market share, and brand presence.
Digital Transformation Advocacy
• Collaborate with clients to drive the adoption of cutting-edge digital tools and systems.
• Lead initiatives that streamline operations and enhance efficiency through technology-driven solutions.
Innovation Leadership
• Stay abreast of industry trends and leverage insights to develop innovative business strategies.
• Design and implement solutions that address client challenges and provide a competitive edge.
Talent Acquisition Solutions
• Develop robust talent acquisition frameworks to address specific client needs.
• Support clients in building and managing talent pipelines to ensure workforce readiness.
Employee Engagement Strategies
• Guide clients in creating and implementing programs that improve employee morale and retention.
• Provide data-driven insights to enhance workplace satisfaction and productivity.
Client Relationship Management
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing tailored solutions to optimize client success.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting
• Set measurable KPIs and track the effectiveness of business development activities.
• Prepare regular reports with actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
• At least 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in Petroleum, Natural Gas, Mining, or Financial Institutions sectors.
• Proven success in talent acquisition, management, and development.
• Strong understanding of industry trends, best practices, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinking and business acumen to drive revenue growth and process improvements.
• Expertise in HR data-driven decision-making and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Ability to thrive in diverse and dynamic environments.
