Senior Executive QAQC AO

Our client is a leading Nigerian manufacturer specializing in high-quality PVC footwear and PET bottles. Their commitment to innovation and quality ensures top-tier products that meet industry standards

Responsibilities:
-Implement, and maintain quality assurance processes and procedures in line with ISO 9000 standards.
-Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
-Collaborate with production teams to establish quality benchmarks and ensure compliance during manufacturing.
-Perform inspection and testing of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished goods.
-Monitor critical parameters in the injection moulding process and maintain detailed reports.
-Conduct dimensional, mechanical, and functional testing as per customer specifications
-Manage and update quality documentation including the records & Inspection & trial reports.
-Ensure compliance with ISO 9000 standards and maintain necessary records for audits
-Train and mentor staff in QA/QC on the processes and standards.
-Coordinate & communicate with other departments (Warehouse, Procurement, HR/Admin etc) to address quality concerns to maintain standards

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Plastics Engineering, or a related field.
-Certification in Quality Management Systems (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green Belt) is preferred.
-Minimum of 5-8 years’ hands on experience in QAQC Plastic Injection Molding and Blow Molding Process.
-Minimum 3-4 years of work experience of Executive Level.
-Good interpersonal skills- able to work well with others.
-Knowledge of Computer (familiar with MS office)
-Able to read and write reports and good verbal communication skills
-Able to learn about the machines, products, and processes quickly
