Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Human Resources Managers to join our team in Mowe, Ogun State. The successful candidates will have a strong background in HR management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage diverse groups of workers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies to align with business objectives
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Foster positive employee relations and resolve conflicts
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills
- Manage performance management and appraisal processes
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Analyze HR data and provide insights for business improvement
Requirements:
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in HR management
- B.Sc./HND in a relevant discipline (e.g., Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations)
- Membership of a professional organization such as CIPM or its equivalent
- Proven ability to manage diverse groups of workers
- Proficient in Basic Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
