Job Description
Responsible for sales properties. Serve as a key liaison between buyers and sellers, ensuring smooth transactions from start to finish. The role involves identifying and meeting clients' needs, providing property listings, organizing viewings, and offering market insights.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential or commercial properties.
• Conduct property showings and open houses.
• Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers.
• Advise clients on market conditions, property values, and legal requirements.
• Prepare and review contracts, offers, and other documents related to real estate transactions.
• Maintain and update property listings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, real estate agents, and other industry professionals.
• Stay informed about local market trends, zoning laws, and regulations.
• Promote and market properties through various channels, including online listings and social media.
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service throughout the buying, selling, or renting process.
Skills & Qualifications:
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market.
• Ability to understand and explain legal documents related to property transactions.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Licensed real estate agent (requirements vary by location).
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
