Job Description
Location: Lagos, Nigeria.
Salary: #300,000 -#400,000
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to drive the growth of our business in the bulk rice market. If you have a proven track record of selling rice in bulk markets and are passionate about building lasting relationships with clients, we would love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to drive performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase market share for bulk rice in key markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale clients, distributors, and partners.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand market reach and revenue.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
The Ideal Candidate Must Have:
- Experience in Bulk Rice Sales: Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in selling rice in bulk markets (no retail experience, please). Retail and bulk markets are distinctly different, and we are specifically targeting the wholesale sector.
- Relationship Management Skills: Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Proven Sales Success: A demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Communication & Negotiation Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation abilities for closing high-value sales.
Academic qualification:
-HND/BSC in any relevant discipline

- ₦400,000.00 Monthly
