Job Description
JOB SUMMARY
• Responsible for supervising sales staff
• Manage Inventory in the sales unit
• Assist customer with any queries or request
JOB RESPONSIBILITY
• Responsible that all floor requirements are met
• Resolving all customers compliant
• Responsible for supervising the cashers and cleaners
• Manage inventory and ensure there is no stock out
• Assist customers with any queries or request
• Ensure proper orientation of sales cashiers and cleaners
• Maintain good customer relationship
• Ensure the company is visible in all leading social media platforms
• Ensuring the cashiers comply with all cash control procedures
• Enforce company’s policies and procedures with cash handling & Reconciliation
• Responsible for monitoring compliance to all health and safety standards within the sales floor
• Refer any unresolved enquiry and complaints to the café manager
• Create a customer loyalty list that is share with the café manager
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Must be a graduate
• 2 or more years’ experience working within the food industry such as eatery
PREFFERED PERSONAL REQUIREMENTS
• Self-discipline, Initiative, Leadership ability
• Should be conversant with MS Excel and sales cash machines
• Pleasant, Polite manner, a neat and clean appearance
• Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure food and service meet appropriate standard
• Must be able to handle pressures and be able to coordinate a wide ran of activities
• Good communication skill
