Job Description

Role: Salon operations manager
Industry: Beauty studio
Salary:200,000-240,000 Monthly
Location: Lekki

Responsibility

•Supervise daily salon operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and adherence to salon policies.
•Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
•Address and resolve operational issues promptly.
•Recruit, train, and mentor salon staff, including stylists, receptionists, and assistants.
•Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
•Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
•Address customer complaints and feedback professionally and effectively.
•Monitor online reviews and reputation management.
•Manage payroll and oversee financial records, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
•Maintain optimal inventory levels for salon products and supplies.
•Build and maintain
relationships with vendors and negotiate favorable terms.

Requirements
•Proven experience in salon management or a similar leadership role preferably in the beauty industry.
•Strong knowledge of salon services, products, and trends.
•Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
•Ability to manage budgets and analyze financial performance.
•Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities.
•Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary:
