Job Description

The Customer Service Intern will assist in handling customer interactions, resolving inquiries, and providing support to ensure customer satisfaction. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service, communication, and problem-solving in a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
Assist in troubleshooting customer issues and escalate complex cases when necessary.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Support the team in analyzing customer feedback and suggesting improvements.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
Handle administrative tasks related to customer service operations.

Qualifications & Skills:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Customer-oriented with a positive and professional attitude.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems or willingness to learn.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Suite
