Job Description

The Growth Manager will play a pivotal role in driving growth for our company. This individual will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of enthusiastic real estate marketers to promote and sell the company's properties. The Growth Manager will also be directly involved in sales activities to ensure maximum revenue.

Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and meet company targets.
Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of real estate marketers.
Provide guidance and support to the sales team to ensure they are motivated, productive, and aligned with company goals.
Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Track and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of the sales team.
Negotiate terms and conditions of sales contracts to maximize profitability.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Proven track record of success in sales and team management within the real estate industry.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
In-depth knowledge of real estate market trends and best practices.
Proficiency in sales and marketing tools and CRM systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
