Job Description
Salary: ₦400,000 - ₦500,000 per month
Location: Katsina
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations and staff performance.
Ensure patient-centered oncology care.
Supervise facility operations, ensuring adherence to health and oncology standards.
Manage Electronic Health Records (EHR) for oncology care.
Coordinate patient appointments with healthcare professionals.
Develop and manage the centre's budget.
Implement oncology-specific policies and procedures.
Order medical supplies and ensure adequate stock.
Attract and retain oncology patients through proactive strategies.
Execute marketing initiatives to raise awareness of the services.
Ensure safety and security within the center.
Prepare regular reports for management review.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or HND in Public Health, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional qualification in healthcare management or oncology is a plus.
5-7 years of experience in hospital or oncology operations/management.
Proficiency in Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
