Job Description

In the course of employment, the Employee shall perform the following duties as a Business Development Officer:
• Develop sustainable relationships with the company’s new and existing clients/customers.
• Respond to customer feedbacks and resolve complains.
• Coordinate and oversee office activities, plan strategies for streamlining and improving business operations throughout the company to ensure efficiency and maintain compliance with company policy.
• Conduct research to identify new opportunities and improve on existing business processes.
• Manage and attend to correspondence i.e. emails, letters, memos, packages, phone calls and other forms of correspondence.
• Keep and record office files and documents.
• Develop and prepare business proposals and other business writings for new and existing clients; and such other related duties as prescribed by the CEO.
• Reorganize or hire staff to expand operations, coordinate staff onboarding.
• Handle business finances, support bookkeeping and budgeting procedures for all business operations in the company.
• Oversee marketing and promotions for company’s services.
• Negotiate vendor contracts to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Supervise other members of the administrative staff, equally dividing responsibilities to improve performance.
• Manage agendas, travel plans and appointments for the CEO.
• Create and update databases and records for financial information, personnel and other data.
• Track and replace office supplies as necessary to avoid interruptions in standard front office procedures.
• Submit monthly reports and prepare proposals and training presentations as needed.
• Process vital documentation and obtain appropriate certification and authorization for services.
• Spearhead recruitment and hiring process for new and existing clients.
• Analyze trends and metrics to develop solutions and programs aimed at creating a sustainable company culture.
• In addition to the tasks listed above, the Employee may also be requested to work on specific tasks as requested by the CEO.
