Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic lead generation, persuasive sales pitches, and compelling proposal writing. This role requires a blend of business acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a relentless drive to exceed targets.
Important Note: This role will begin as a fully remote position. After a successful initial period, and upon reaching agreed upon metrics, the role will transition to a physical office location.
Responsibilities:
* Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking, online research, and industry events.
* Sales Pitching: Deliver persuasive and engaging sales presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services.
* Proposal Writing: Develop and write comprehensive and compelling proposals that address client needs and demonstrate our ability to deliver solutions.
* Revenue Generation: Achieve and exceed revenue targets by closing new business deals and expanding existing client relationships.
* Networking: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry professionals, and potential clients.
* Business Intelligence: Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
* Research and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve company growth objectives.
* Influence and Negotiation: Effectively negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and profitability.
* Target Driven: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
* Resilience: Maintain a positive attitude and persevere through challenges and setbacks.

* Competitive base salary (after initial 30 day period) and commission structure.

This allows both the company and the candidate to evaluate performance and alignment before transitioning to a base salary plus commission structure.
