Job Description
The Administrative Intern will provide support to the day-to-day operations of the administrative department. This role is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced professional setting. The intern will assist in managing office tasks, organizing files, and supporting staff with administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with filing, data entry, and maintaining office records.
Support in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
Help organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
Manage correspondence—both physical and digital (emails, memos, etc.).
Maintain an organized and clean office environment.
Run basic errands and perform clerical duties as assigned.
Provide general administrative and clerical support to staff.
Ensure confidentiality and security of company documents.
Requirements:
Currently studying or recently completed a course in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
