Location: Ikeja, Lagos State
Reports To: Territory Manager / Regional Sales Manager
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Development Executive from a FMCG to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing relationships with clients and channel partners within your assigned territory. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth and brand visibility through effective territory management and customer engagement.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
-3-5 years of experience in sales, business development, or territory management (preferred FMCG).
-Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
-Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
-Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills.
-Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
-Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
